hello!!!

Today is Supah SUNDAY.... When it's Sunday, it's typically hot... sizzling hot, and i don't know why, Sunday is Family day, and I know what's the reason, it's because every sunday, there is  a lot of families who go to church and after the mass they will be going to places to enjoy the day with their kids.... Laughter makes us happy, but Tears makes us angry, but what about sad, maybe Anger makes sadness.....

Today..... is plain boring..... quite boring..... but ofcourse my friends made my day fun especially my FAMILY!!! I'm so stressed like no one can resist with this stress!!


But now, I just decided to pray to relieve the stress I have today...
lalalalala....... lol xD
I really miss my friends especially my old classmates :)

Environmental Scanning

Environmental Scanning  is careful monitoring of an organization's internal and external environments for detecting early signs of opportunities and threats that may influence its current and future plans. In comparison, surveillance is confined to a specific objective or a narrow sector. Careful monitoring of an organization's internal and external environments for

-is one component of the global environmental analysis. Environmental monitoring, environmental forecasting and environmental assessment complete the global environmental analysis. Environmental scanning refers to the macro environment. The global environment refers to the macro environment which comprises industries, markets, companies, clients and competitors. Consequently, there exist corresponding analyses on the micro-level. Suppliers, customers and competitors representing the micro environment of a company are analyzed within the industry analysis.

Modes of Scanning

§  Systematic scanning - Information related to markets and customers, changes in legislation, regulations having a direct impact on the organization's activities, government policy etc.are collected continuously by taking relevant factors into account.

§  Ad-hoc scanning - Conducting special surveys and studies to deal with environmental issues from time to time.

§  Processed-form scanning - Using information in a processed form available from different sources inside and outside the organization.

Kahit SOBRANG HIRAP mag-aral kailangan pa rin natin MAG_ARAL, kahit sobrang sakit sa atin lalo na kapag mababa ang scores natin titiisin, magdadasal minsan iiyak pa eh pero sasabihin babawi na lang ako, alam natin sa sarili natin na tayo ay laging tinatamad mag-aral kaso kahit lagi mo namang sinasabi nakakapagod pero titiisin mo kasi gusto mo maging katulad ng IDOLO mo katulad ko and ate ko ang tinuturingan kong IDOLO kahit mahirap titiisin niya, kahit masakit ang nangyari o nakakaiyak na hindi siya iiyak o maiinis lagi siya tumatayo sa mga problema at habang ngayon ay panatiling ganun siya, Everybody is different but in thoughts, some were the same but ofcourse everybody wants to have high grades or high scores, I always pray to God whenver I have a problem (family/academic), LIFE is SHort, but the only way to make it worthy is to put ur  LIFE In peace , love urself, love everybody including  GOD and u'll see what happened  next..... GOD IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US!!

- I am People Smart because I know how to make conversation with people in my original way. I know how to interrogate people in the way i know they can answer my questions. I know how people think about certain topics or things especially if it is an issue to everyone. A person may be speechless about some commentories of some people but I know inside their mind they're making some comments about the certain topic, most people giving comments. Anybody can be People Smart if he/she is aware of issues or things happening in his/her surroundings. I can say that I am People Smart, because I am always curious of things that should be interrogated by most people and I know that it matters somehow if you are/are not People Smart because sometimes it gives meaning to be friendly to people... 


And now I believed that I am People Smart  ....
